With Facepass QR, there is no need to create membership cards, and customers can simply register their face photo and have their registration information automatically retrieved by facial recognition when they visit the restaurant. This reduces the time and costs required for conventional membership management, and allows staff to respond more quickly and smoothly.
In addition, the management of visit history using the KAOPASS QR also records information such as the menu the customer ordered in the past and any allergies, enabling appropriate service to be provided on the customer's next visit. This leads to improved customer satisfaction and also contributes to increased operational efficiency.
