We take the necessary measures regarding the establishment of an organizational system, operation in accordance with rules on the handling of personal data, means of checking how personal data is handled, a system for responding to incidents such as leakage, and understanding how personal data is handled and reviewing safety management measures.
Human safety management measures
We provide employees with regular training and other instruction on points to note when handling personal data. We also obtain written pledges from employees that include confidentiality obligations regarding personal data.
Physical safety management measures
We take the necessary measures regarding the management of areas where personal data is handled, the prevention of theft of equipment and electronic media, the prevention of leakage when electronic media are carried, and the deletion of personal data and disposal of equipment and electronic media.
Technical safety management measures
For our information systems, we take the necessary measures regarding access control, identification and authentication of those who access them, prevention of unauthorized access from outside, and prevention of leakage associated with the use of information systems.
