We are hiring FDEs who find challenges, design, implement, and carry the work through to embedding, as well as sales professionals who deliver that value to customers.
We are currently hiring for the following positions.

Open positions

FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)

An engineer who joins the customer's team and takes charge of everything from discovering challenges to design, implementation, and embedding.
The career path has three levels: FDE → Senior FDE → Principal FDE.

Responsibilities
Work inside the customer's operations, discover challenges, and organize requirements.
Design solutions using AI, build prototypes, and validate them repeatedly.
Implement solutions to a level that can be used in actual operations, and connect them to existing systems.
After deployment, continue to work alongside the customer's team and support embedding and improvement so the solutions stay in use.
Who we're looking for
• Implementation skills as a software engineer (no specific language or framework required)
• Able to make progress on problems with no set answer by forming hypotheses
• Able to explain things clearly to people who are not familiar with technology
• Able to join the customer's team and act with autonomy
• Able to work as a team with people in a variety of roles inside and outside the company

This role delivers TIGEREYE's AI, and the value that FDEs implement, to customers.

Responsibilities
Listen to customers' challenges and propose what TIGEREYE's AI can solve.
Work with FDEs to plan the path to adoption.
After adoption, maintain the relationship with the customer and connect it to their next challenge.
Who we're looking for
• Able to understand customers' challenges, organize them, and communicate them clearly
• Able to work in collaboration with our engineers (FDEs)
• Experience with B2B sales meetings and proposals
