Turning AI into
a force that moves society.

Intelligence into Action.

Proprietary AI technology and products, and the implementation capability to work deep inside real operations.
TIGEREYE handles everything from AI research and development to real-world deployment,
opening up new possibilities for businesses and society.

Work AI can take on

AI takes on the everyday tasks that require human effort

  1. When a visitor arrives

AI handles face recognition, reception, and guidance.

  2. When documents arrive

AI reads the information needed and reduces manual data entry.

  3. When an inquiry comes in

AI answers by phone or chat.

People can spend their time on work that needs individual consultation and judgment.

How to work with us

There are three ways to work with us

Choose the one that fits your challenge.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) are involved in all of them.

01

Ready-to-Use Products

Face recognition for entry and attendance, document reading, inquiry handling, and more. The work centers on setup and integration, so you can start using them quickly.

02

AI for Entire Operations

AI takes on operations in healthcare, manufacturing, offices, and hotels. FDEs analyze your operations, design the workflow, connect it to your existing systems, and continue to support you once it is up and running.

03

Build Your Own AI Services

We provide TIGEREYE's AI platform so that you can build your own AI services. We also support integration into internal systems and on-premises operation.

The people who embed AI

The people who embed AI in your operations
are engineers who join your team

TIGEREYE engineers join your team, implement AI to fit your operations, and check the results to confirm that it works.
We don't stop at advice.
We call this role the FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer).

We work with TIGEREYE's AI and combine it with other companies' AI to fill any gaps.

After you engage us

Here's how it works with TIGEREYE

FDEs join your team and take charge of everything from understanding your challenges to embedding AI in your operations and expanding it.
The figures come from AI-driven development projects and from estimates based on a scenario we modeled.

  1. Understand where you are

We start by asking what challenges you face. If you have a system under development, we analyze the code in about three business days and send you a report on risk areas and the order in which to fix them (free of charge).

  2. Build to fit your operations

FDEs work together with AI from design through implementation. In one case, a system of a scale that would conventionally take about 6 to 14 months went into use in about seven weeks.

  3. Run it while maintaining quality

Checks that machines can perform are left to CI, so people can focus on design and judgment. The time needed for one review drops from about 60 minutes to about 15 minutes (our estimate for a modeled scenario).

  4. Embed and expand

We check the results to confirm that it works, then extend the same mechanism to other operations. Even if the code grows from 10,000 to 100,000 lines, no full rewrite is needed.

Case studies

Case studies of AI built into the development process

These are examples of AI-driven development.

01

An internal AI system used by about 10,000 people,
built in about seven weeks

An intranet integrating AI chat, facility booking, visitor management, Google Workspace integration, an authentication platform, and an admin portal. AI-driven development was applied with a team of about 30 people, and the system remains in operation today.

02

A medical system connecting three types of care and medical administration,
built by one engineer in about six months

A medical operations system integrating WebRTC video consultations, home-visit route optimization, OCR, and AI voice summarization. One engineer designed the architecture, and AI agents handled implementation and testing.

03

An app used by tens of thousands of people a year, with core system integration,
built by three people in about eight months

The project delivers iOS/Android apps and admin screens (about 130 screens in total) and about 400 APIs, built in the cloud using IaC and connected to core systems over a closed network. Three people designed the architecture, and AI agents handle implementation and testing.

Answers and choices

AI provides the answers.
People make the choices.

See, think, act. TIGEREYE's AI takes on all of that.
What to choose in the end is up to you.

What AI does

AI that doesn't just recognize,
but speaks, understands, and responds

It sees and recognizes, thinks and understands, acts and responds. It brings that whole flow together, from video and documents to business systems.

  1. People

Reception, document entry, inquiry handling. Change begins with the everyday work that takes up people's time.

  2. See

Recognizes people, objects, movements, and documents. Captures the information your operations need from video and images.

  3. Think

Searches corporate knowledge, understands the situation, and connects it to decisions. Builds knowledge, reasoning, and memory into your operations.

  4. Act

Agents and workflows connect to existing systems, and AI and people carry operations through to completion.

Challenges

Find by challenge

  • Reception and GuidanceStaff are so busy handling visitors that they can't leave the reception desk.
  • Document Entry and ReadingManually typing in data while reading paper documents takes time.
  • Inquiry HandlingAnswering a constant stream of questions eats up staff time.
  • Entry and Exit, Attendance, and Identity VerificationChecking and recording people at the entrance takes time and effort.
  • Routine Back-Office WorkApplications, checks, and copying data from one place to another pile up, and administrative work keeps growing.
  • Adding AI to Your Own ServicesConnecting new AI features to your existing apps takes work.

How consultations work

Every consultation starts with "What challenges do you face?"

We work backward from your challenges and the state you want to reach, and decide together how to proceed.

  1. What challenges do you face?

Example: There are so many inquiries that staff can't get to their core work.

  2. What would success look like?

Example: AI answers frequently asked questions, and staff focus on complex inquiries.

  3. Is AI the right fit?

We assess this together, then choose from the three ways to work with us.

Start small, then expand while watching the numbers and the changes in your work.

Start by telling us about the challenges you want to solve with AI

Toward workplaces where AI is simply part of everyday work.
