Hybrid AI Development

Your development team + TIGEREYE's Framework + TIGEREYE's architects.
Bringing development in-house and standardizing it under an ongoing contract.

Do these challenges sound familiar?

With AI, prototypes can now be built in a short time.
But the quality and operational standards needed for launch have not changed, and many projects stall on the following four challenges.

Built, but not ready to launch
Quality and security checks and release processes are not in place, so the team cannot commit to launching.
Only the person who built it can work on it
Without documentation or tests, the code cannot be fixed, handed over, or developed as a team.
No structure for running it after launch
There is no team to handle monitoring, incident response, bug fixes, and ongoing improvement, so concerns remain about running it after launch.
No capacity to build a development organization from scratch
Hiring and building a team take time and money, so the organization cannot keep pace with the business.

You build it. We keep it running.

AI has greatly increased the speed of building prototypes. But launch, quality, security, and operations require different expertise.
TIGEREYE splits these two roles with you, creating a setup where you can focus on your business.

You: Think about the business and product, and shape it with AI

  • Ideas and planning
  • Organizing requirements
  • Prototype development using AI
  • Reviewing the finished product and making decisions

TIGEREYE: Handle the launch and the systems that keep it running

  • Quality improvement (code review and refactoring)
  • Launch preparation (CI/CD, security, and release management)
  • Operations and monitoring (infrastructure maintenance and incident response)
  • Continuous improvement (code maintenance and resolving technical debt)

What we provide

  • Design of AI development rules and processes
  • Setup of quality gates and CI/CD
  • Technical debt management and template preparation

Getting started, by the numbers

  • Setup for a new project

    Half a day

  • Setup for an existing codebase (tens of thousands of lines)

    About 1 day

1 to 2 weeks for the team to adapt

  • Speed of initial development

    3–5x

Approximate: a feature that takes 2 weeks works in 3 to 5 days

  • Team size to maintain a 50K-line service

What we support

From design and release to operations and maintenance. We provide six specialized functions to run your prototype as a stable service.

AI-driven development support
Keep developing with AI confidently, without losing speed. We support implementation and design with AI agents, generate tests, and prepare documentation.
Development framework
No need to design your development process from scratch. We provide a standard architecture, templates, design guidelines, AI usage rules, and security standards.
CI/CD
Release changes safely and frequently. We set up your Git environment, automated builds, tests, and deployments, release management, and rollback design.
Code review and merge management
AI-written code can also be merged once its quality has been checked. Two-stage review, by AI and by engineers, checks quality, security, and readability before merging.
Code maintenance
Maintain code quality after launch so you can keep adding features. We continuously handle bug fixes, refactoring, library updates, and performance improvements.
Infrastructure maintenance
Keep operations stable without a dedicated infrastructure team. We handle cloud operations, server monitoring, incident response, backups, security updates, and cost optimization.

How adoption works

All you need to start is one prototype.

  1. Free consultation (30 minutes)

We learn about your current prototype, development setup, and goals, and work with you to sort out what is needed for launch.

  2. Custom proposal (1 week)

After reviewing your prototype, we prepare and deliver a custom proposal covering scope, team, pricing, and schedule.

  3. 4-week pilot

Through a 4-week pilot, we aim to build the quality, development, and operational structure needed to run the service.

  4. Ongoing maintenance

Depending on your contract, we continue to provide code maintenance, infrastructure maintenance, 24/7 monitoring, and incident response.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with prototypes built with Cursor or v0?

Yes. You can bring us prototypes built with the tools you are used to, such as Figma, v0, Cursor, or Claude Code, as they are.

How long does it take to launch?

The standard approach is a 4-week pilot covering environment setup, quality improvement, deployment, and transition to operations. The timeline may vary depending on the state of the prototype and your requirements.

Can you handle security and compliance?

We build standards for authentication, authorization, encryption, and audit logs into the development framework. Security assessments (vulnerability assessments and penetration testing) are also available as an option.

Do we need to hire new engineers?

Not necessarily. For SRE, QA, and infrastructure, you can use a team of our dedicated engineers and AI agents, so you can get started while keeping new hires of specialist engineers to a minimum.
