We have appointed Takuya Miyase as a director, believing that his extensive experience and expertise will contribute to the expansion of our business and the enhancement of corporate value. He assumed his position on the above-mentioned date.

Biography of Takuya Miyase

After graduating from Waseda University in 1997, Takuya Miyase joined Sony Music Entertainment. In the 2000s, he founded his own company, built successful businesses related to Chaku-Uta and i-mode, and sold them. In the 2010s, he founded SKIYAKI Inc., which promotes FanTech businesses. After forming capital alliances with Amuse Inc. and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., he took SKIYAKI public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers (now Growth) market in 2017. Since stepping down as Representative Director of SKIYAKI in 2020, he has served as a director or advisor to various companies, including Trace On Product Co., Ltd.
