AMG HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (President: Katsuhiko Hasegawa, hereinafter referred to as "AMG HOLDINGS"), Shibutani Co., Ltd. (President: Yoshio Ishibashi, hereinafter referred to as "Shibutani"), and Wired Package Co., Ltd. (President: Makoto Yamaguchi, hereinafter referred to as "Wired Package") have entered into a business partnership agreement aimed at promoting DX (digital transformation) of buildings (condominiums, offices, commercial facilities, etc.) utilizing AI authentication systems.

Background and Purpose of the Business Partnership

In recent years, companies have been actively promoting DX in various aspects, such as improving business efficiency in response to the declining labor force due to the declining birthrate, spreading remote work due to the COVID-19 pandemic, strengthening security measures, and promoting regional revitalization projects through digitalization.

Given this social backdrop, AMG HOLDINGS has decided to enter into a business partnership agreement to propose, introduce, and develop cutting-edge DX-compatible products that combine the non-contact electric locks provided by Shibutani and the AI authentication systems developed by Wired Package through its group companies. By combining the technologies and strengths of Shibutani and Wired Package, we believe it will be possible to respond to a wide range of needs, such as changes in consumer demands and diverse work styles, by improving the efficiency of entry/exit and attendance management operations and enhancing security measures in offices.

Through this business partnership, the advanced DX-compatible products developed aim to improve user and corporate convenience, enhance crime prevention performance, and streamline operations. We will collaborate among the three companies to promote the introduction of these products into condominiums, office buildings, and other facilities developed by AMG HOLDINGS group companies. Additionally, we will consider and demonstrate product development for security measures and service improvements in automotive-related facilities (showrooms, factories, etc.) to promote DX in buildings (condominiums, offices, commercial facilities, etc.).

Collaboration Details

Based on this business partnership agreement, AMG HOLDINGS, Shibutani, and Wired Package will collaborate on the following:

• 1. Development and manufacturing of entry/exit management systems using face recognition, hands-free, and non-contact electric locks for buildings (condominiums, offices, commercial facilities, etc.).
• 2. Development of products utilizing AI authentication systems.
• 3. Deployment of the systems and products listed above within the AMG HOLDINGS group and to its clients.
• 4. Other necessary matters to achieve the purposes listed above.
