(Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akihisa Ishida; hereinafter “Cabinet”), which operates blockchain nodes and develops related technologies, through a ¥30 million third-party allotment of new shares.
Aims of the business alliance
Through this business alliance, TIGEREYE will combine its high-security computer vision technology, which enables large volumes of real-time access from any device, with Cabinet’s blockchain and cryptographic technologies to jointly build a more secure digital environment. Cabinet supports blockchain infrastructure by providing RPC nodes to blockchain applications and supporting technology development. Through this work, Cabinet has seen that as blockchains spread and many companies use public blockchains in the future, key management and security for corporations will become greater challenges than ever before.
Through this capital and business alliance, the two companies will also research and develop next-generation solutions for managing crypto assets and NFTs, combining secure interfaces that use TIGEREYE’s face recognition and other computer vision technologies with cryptographic technologies such as MPC and zero-knowledge proofs.
Future outlook
Through this capital and business alliance, TIGEREYE will contribute to the development of its TIGEREYE SOLUTION and of blockchain technology, and will continue to provide valuable services.
