TIGEREYE Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Gaku Kamimura, hereinafter referred to as "TIGEREYE") has entered into a business partnership with Peers Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Takashi Kuwano, Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Code: 7066, hereinafter referred to as "Peers") to jointly develop services in the field of face-to-face services utilizing generative AI.
Through this partnership, TIGEREYE will engage in a business collaboration on the application platform for LLM, a new product from TIGEREYE, and will engage in activities such as agency operations, knowledge sharing, and technology provision of mutual products from both companies (TIGEREYE's computer vision products and Peers' sales, training, and interview generation AI framework products).
Background and Purpose of the Partnership
TIGEREYE provides a real-time cloud AI computer vision platform and boasts advanced AI application technology. Through this partnership, Peers will act as an agent for TIGEREYE's "KAOPASS" service, while TIGEREYE will support the development of an AI platform that Peers deploys for face-to-face technologies, such as AI-driven sales, training, and interviews.
By combining the strengths of both companies, the following synergies are expected:
- 1.Sharing of Technology and Know-How : The sharing of advanced computer vision technology and proven sales training know-how will enable the provision of more effective services.
