On April 7, 2025, TIGEREYE Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Gaku Kamimura), which aims to solve social issues with AI, obtained certification under ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), from GCERTI, a third-party certification body (Certification Registration No.: GIJP-1593-IC). This certification demonstrates that the information security management for all of our cloud services, including our AI platform “TIGEREYE Multi Modal AI Framework” and our biometric authentication service “KAOPASS Family” and “Context-Adaptive AI Avatar/Chatbot,” is a high-level management system that maintains the “confidentiality,” “integrity,” and “availability” defined in the international standard.
With this certification, TIGEREYE’s cloud services are now set up so that customers who place strong emphasis on information management, such as enterprises and public institutions, can use them with even greater peace of mind. This allows us to take on projects and partnerships with strict information security requirements and is expected to increase trust and lower the barriers to adoption when customers consider our services. In addition, the standardization of our internal information management and business processes has also strengthened our foundation for fast and stable service delivery.
