On January 23, 2025, in Tokyo, KAOPIZ HOLDINGS JOINT STOCK COMPANY (Headquarters: Hanoi; hereinafter “Kaopiz”) and TIGEREYE Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo; hereinafter “TIGEREYE”) entered into a strategic alliance on the use of AI technology and the promotion of digital transformation (DX). Through this alliance, the two companies aim to accelerate technological innovation and operational efficiency in the Vietnamese and Japanese markets.
Background and purpose of the alliance

Main contents of the alliance
1. Development support for TIGEREYE products
- Kaopiz’s strong offshore development team will support the development of TIGEREYE’s AI and system products.
- Kaopiz will provide offshore development expertise and human resources to complement TIGEREYE’s PM/SE structure.
2. Establishment of the “Amour Team,” a third development base in Vietnam
- The “Amour Team,” to be established in Hanoi, will exclusively support the development of TIGEREYE products.

3. Support for turning Kaopiz’s AI into products and expanding into the Japanese market
- Kaopiz’s AI products will be optimized for the Japanese market using TIGEREYE’s technical and sales capabilities.
- Combining Kaopiz’s high-quality development capabilities with TIGEREYE’s market network will accelerate AI adoption in the Japanese market. The two companies will jointly carry out sales strategy planning, promotion, and sales activities in Japan.
4. Joint product development and market expansion
- The two companies will combine their technologies to jointly develop new products that use AI.
- Sales activities led by TIGEREYE will drive adoption in the Japanese, Asian, American, and European markets.
- Kaopiz’s international development resources will accelerate the rollout of AI products optimized for global markets.
