TIGEREYE Signs Agency Agreement with A-Factory, Aiming to Reform Work Styles for SMEs
On March 10, 2025, TIGEREYE Inc. (Headquarters: Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Gaku Kamimura; hereinafter "TIGEREYE"), a pioneer in computer vision technology that consistently provides cutting-edge services and promotes solutions to social challenges, signed an agency agreement with A-Factory Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshihide Yukawa; hereinafter "A-Factory").
Background and Purpose of the Agency Agreement
Japanese companies are now required to undergo major transformations through digitalization, while building safe and secure working environments is equally important. Through its role as an agency partner expanding TIGEREYE SOLUTION,A-Factory has collaborated with a labor and social security attorney corporation and promoted workstyle reform for SMEs using subsidies,during which many issues in attendance management and employee retention were identified. As a solution, we signed this agency agreement to accelerate the promotion of "KAOPASS Attendance + KAOPASS Stress Checker."
What is TIGEREYE SOLUTION?
This solution is a new biometric authentication system that enables real-time verification via a browser, requires no dedicated devices or hardware for authentication, eliminates the need to develop smartphone apps, and operates on a cloud basis to help companies reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. It offers a wide range of functions, including attendance management, access control, and two-factor authentication.
Specific Rollout
As the first phase of the agency partnership, A-Factory will promote TIGEREYE's solution, "KAOPASS Attendance & KAOPASS Stress Checker." Face recognition can be performed on any device, enabling easy clock-in and clock-out. In addition, stress checks can be conducted simultaneously with face recognition time stamping. This prevents impersonation and fraudulent time entries, detects employee stress early, and helps improve well-being, contributing to healthier workplaces.
