(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman, President and CEO: Shoji Nishie; TSE Prime: 6058).

Owned provides comprehensive support for corporate brand strategy, communications, and creative production, leveraging the Vector Group’s network and extensive track record.
TIGEREYE, for its part, has supported client companies’ business transformation and value creation through digital solutions centered on AI, face recognition, and data analytics.
Under this partner agreement, the two companies will combine their strengths based on the shared philosophy of “maximizing a company’s essential value through digital,” and build a structure that provides end-to-end support from strategy planning to implementation and operation. Through this alliance, Owned’s brand strategy and communication capabilities will be combined with TIGEREYE’s digital technologies to accelerate corporate value creation and transformation.
