At the exhibition, we are showcasing TIGEREYE AGENT, our next-generation AI avatar customer service solution. Running on tablet devices, the interactive AI avatar communicates naturally with visitors and provides product guidance and customer support. Based on consumer psychology, the AI avatar delivers proactive voice prompts, stimulates interest, and explains products, enabling high-quality customer service on behalf of in-store staff.
We are also exhibiting an entry/exit management solution powered by SoftBank Robotics' humanoid robot Pepper+, demonstrating how AI can improve operational efficiency and security in retail environments.
