AI-Driven Development Framework is designed to use AI not merely as a code-generation tool, but as an integrated part of the entire development lifecycle, including design support, implementation support, test generation, code review, and quality assurance, helping achieve both development speed and quality.
The framework has also been used in a project to develop an enterprise intranet AI system used by approximately 10,000 people. The system is now operating in a commercial production environment after approximately seven weeks of development, approximately 250,000 lines of code, and roughly 1,700 commits.
The Growing Importance of Quality Assurance as AI Adoption Expands
In recent years, software development using generative AI has spread rapidly. While development speed has improved dramatically, new challenges have also emerged, including duplicate AI-generated code, increased review workload, insufficient testing, accumulated technical debt, and undeveloped operational rules. Especially in systems above a certain scale, there are many cases where human-centered quality management processes struggle to keep pace with AI-driven development speed.

AI-Driven Development Framework is a development framework for embedding AI throughout the development process while enabling continuous quality assurance.
AI supports tasks ranging from design support, such as API design and database design, to backend and frontend implementation, test generation, code review, and documentation creation.
In addition, AI reviews and inspects the generated code, building a continuous improvement cycle.
This creates an environment where developers can focus not only on implementation work itself, but also on higher-level work such as design decisions and quality decisions.
AI-Powered Quality Assurance Process
This framework emphasizes not only that "AI writes code," but also that "AI verifies quality."
Implemented code is reviewed by multiple AI models, continuously checking for design inconsistencies, missing exception handling, performance risks, security risks, and other issues.
The framework also supports automatic generation of normal, abnormal, and boundary-value tests, estimation of failure causes through log analysis, and continuous refactoring proposals.
In CI/CD environments, build, lint, unit tests, and integration tests are run automatically, creating a mechanism in which only changes that meet quality standards are reflected.
By balancing AI-driven development speed with quality assurance, the framework supports continuous development and operation even for large-scale systems.
Use Case in an Enterprise System
This framework was used in the development of an enterprise intranet AI system used by approximately 10,000 people.
The target system integrates multiple business systems, including:

Development took approximately seven weeks, with a codebase of approximately 250,000 lines, roughly 1,700 commits, and a development team of around 30 members. The system is currently operating in a commercial production environment.
For a project of a scale that would have required several months to more than a year under conventional development, the combination of AI-driven development and quality assurance processes enabled development and commercial operation in a short period of time.
