(Headquarters: Motoakasaka, Minato-ku; President and Representative Director: Kouichi Iesaki; hereinafter “Human Technologies”).
Background and purpose of the integration
Following the amendment of the Work Style Reform laws, caps on overtime and holiday work began to apply to the logistics, transportation, and construction industries in April 2024. While these rules were introduced to protect a healthy working environment for employees, companies that are short-staffed or have not taken measures to reduce working hours are facing the “2024 problem,” with concerns about lower profits and wages.
