Overview
KAOPASS Attendance and KAOPASS Stress Checker, provided by TIGEREYE Inc. (Headquarters: Harumi, Chuo-ku; CEO: Gaku Kamimura; hereinafter “TIGEREYE”), are now integrated with Bugyo Edge Kintai Kanri Cloud, a cloud-based attendance management service provided by OBIC BUSINESS CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku; Representative Director: Shigefumi Wada; hereinafter “OBC”), and the integrated service is available starting today.
Background and purpose of the service integration
By integrating TIGEREYE’s KAOPASS Attendance and KAOPASS Stress Checker with the cloud-based attendance management service Bugyo Edge Kintai Kanri Cloud, companies and users of both services can use face recognition on any device to clock in and clock out easily. A stress check can also be performed at the same time as the face recognition clock-in. This prevents impersonation and fraudulent clock-ins, detects employees’ stress levels early, and improves well-being, contributing to a healthy workplace.

Easy fraud prevention with face recognition that runs in the browser
Clocking in with face recognition prevents impersonation and fraudulent clock-ins. Authentication can also be restricted by location, and two-factor authentication can be set up for stronger security. No dedicated equipment is needed: employees can easily clock in on a computer, a tablet, or their own smartphone.
Check stress at the same time as clocking in!
Emotions are recorded at each face recognition clock-in, daily emotional trends can be viewed in a graph, and an alert can be sent to managers when an excessive emotional change appears. Checking employees’ stress levels early makes it possible to follow up in advance, which helps reduce turnover.
