TIGEREYE Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Gaku Kamimura; hereinafter “TIGEREYE”) announces that it has reorganized the AI technologies and products it has developed and provided to date into a new integrated AI product brand, “NERVA,” and has fully renewed its corporate website (https://tigereye.ai/).
This rebranding integrates the technology assets TIGEREYE has built up, including image recognition, language processing, RAG, AI agents, and workflows, and evolves them into an integrated AI platform that delivers recognition, understanding, reasoning, judgment, and execution end to end.
The new website moves away from a structure that explained each technology and product separately. Instead, customers can now explore by their operational challenges, by industry, and by ways to work with us. Customers can find the AI that fits their challenges and get a concrete picture of everything from adoption to operation.
■ Purpose of the website renewal
With this renewal, we clearly present ourselves as a company that not only develops AI but also brings it into society. The new website is organized around the following five areas.
1 Find by challenge
Customers can find the right service starting from their own challenges, such as reception and guidance, entering and reading documents, handling inquiries, entry and exit and attendance, and routine back-office work.
2 Find by industry
For each industry (healthcare, manufacturing, office, and hotel), we introduce common challenges, where to start, and how to expand from there.
3 Choose from three ways to work with us
Customers can choose the option that fits their challenges from three ways to work with us: “Ready-to-Use Products,” “AI for Entire Operations (OPRA),” and “Build Your Own AI Services (NERVA).” NERVA is the Enterprise AI Platform developed by TIGEREYE. It consists of “NERVA VISION,” the domain that sees, and “NERVA MIND,” the domain that understands, judges, and connects to execution. OPRA is a service that brings AI to entire operations.
4 AI adoption support from FDEs
An FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) is an engineer who joins the customer’s team and takes on everything from analyzing challenges to designing the AI, integrating it with systems, implementing it, and embedding it in operations. FDEs are involved in every way of working with us.
5 Proprietary technology and research and development
Through our proprietary AI technologies, AI models, and research and development activities, we communicate TIGEREYE’s technological competitive advantages and future potential.
This reorganization does not discontinue any existing technologies or functions.
■ Future plans
TIGEREYE will drive companies’ AI Transformation with two pillars: an AI product business centered on NERVA, and customer-centered adoption support from FDEs.
We will continue to advance research and development of our proprietary technologies and enhance our products, aiming for a society in which AI does not simply provide information but understands, judges, and executes actual work.
